Product success

When asked how many of her products had failed to make it to market, natural skincare producer Karen Farley had a great answer!

Transcript

Blue Mountain CollegeHow many products have you tried but have failed to go onto the market?

Karen Farley: We’ve only been working on the four products so far, and we haven’t had anything that’s failed to go on the market so far. Some are more popular than others.

None have actually failed and we’re working on new products all the time and I suppose time will tell when we have things that people are interested and not interested in.
