Dietary minerals

Periodic table showing only the dietary minerals required by humans

This periodic table of the elements shows the necessary dietary minerals. Some like sodium and calcium are required in quite large amounts. Others like iodine and selenium are only required in trace amounts.

Note: some dietary minerals are ionic forms of the elements.
