The Beehive

New Zealand Parliament Buildings, including The Beehive.

The Beehive and Parliament House. The Beehive or executive wing is where the Prime Minister and Cabinet Ministers have their offices. Parliament House houses the Chamber where the House of Representatives sits to debate Bills and consider parliamentary business.

The House of Representatives is made up of Members of Parliament (MPs). MPs represent the people of Aotearoa New Zealand and are the Parliamentary Commissioner for the Environment'’s primary audience.
