The Tūhura Holiday Club is back! Planned and led by trained educators, each day is full of fun and a great opportunity to make new friends.

Kids will spend time crafting in the arts centre, exploring the galleries, stargazing in the planetarium, experimenting in the science lab, and playing in the science centre, where a three-storey slide and a tropical forest full of exotic butterflies await. Tūhura's staff will make special appearances to share their passions and expertise, and there will be games on the Museum Reserve when the weather allows it.

Each day follows the same great plan, but some elements will change depending on the day.

Tūhura Holiday Club runs on weekdays during both weeks of the winter school holidays, from Monday 6 July to Friday 17 July (except for the Matariki public holiday on Friday 10 July).

Ages 5–12, fully supervised.

Dress for mess and bring a packed lunch and drink bottle.

Please note, children watch a G-rated movie during break times.

Running: 8.30 am–5 pm, 6 – 9 July and 13 – 17 July

Daily sessions: $75 per child
