EcoFest is a month-long celebration of Auckland’s unique environment – where eco communities, changemakers, and action takers come together to explore, protect, and enjoy Te Taiao.

This  grassroots festival offers local change-makers a chance to share their skills and ideas, championing the local environment, supporting collaboration and celebrating the importance of community.

From composting workshops to silent disco clean-ups, EcoFest makes sustainability fun, accessible, and inspiring, encouraging simple changes that make a real difference for our environment.

On the website you can filter the festival programme in lots of different ways to find events that suit your interests and availability. Or, use the map to discover what’s happening in your neighbourhood.
