For the very first time, the Dome Under Film Festival is coming to Aotearoa New Zealand, exclusively at Space Place.
Dome Under Film Festival is Australasia's only international festival dedicated to fulldome cinema. Space Place's 'Best of the Fest' screenings feature eight, award-winning and highly commended films curated by Museums Victoria.

Space Explorers: The ISS Experience: Three astronauts prepare to depart the Space Station after a six-month stay. A changing of the guard offers an opportunity to reflect on the vital role of women in space.
The Rift: An evocative fusion of contemporary dance, cinematic imagery and immersive sound set across the diverse landscapes of Zimbabwe.
Secrets from a Forest: From Italy’s Paneveggio Forest to the sound of a Stradivarius violin, discover the deep connection between nature, craft and music.

Orbital: Voyage beyond the planet and experience our home through the stories of the Constellation Coalition astronauts and their own experiences of the ‘Overview Effect’.
