The Massey University School of Food and Nutrition is running a one day course for food technology and science teachers who are supervising students doing the 2018 NZIFST/CREST Student Product Development Challenge.

The course will provide an introduction to the Product Development Process used by the food industry, and provide teachers with other information which will assist their students through the Challenge.

Food technology and science teachers who are not involved in the 2018 Challenge, but would like to attend the professional development, are also welcome to attend, for a nominal fee.
