The Kiwi Conservation Club has several competitions and a challenge going throughout the year. Check each competition for it’s closing date.

Birthday Story Competition

Did you enjoy reading about Kiri Kiwi, Willie Weka, and friends in Wild Things 30th Birthday issue? Stories of these characters, and their adventures, inspired KCC kids to take action for nature for decades!

We’re looking for some brand new stories to share, featuring two new characters that KCC kids came up with – The Elements Huia (our Biodiversity Mascot) and Tiki Tim the Taniwha (our Climate Mascot).

Competition closes: 13 April 2018

What’s your vision for the future?

Forest & Bird has had lots of success using T-shirts to get the word out about protecting nature, so we are looking to make more. Do you think you could design one for us?

We’ll pick three age group winners and an overall winner. The overall winner will have their T-shirt made, with the possibility of it being produced for sale in Forest & Bird’s shop to fundraise money for nature!

Competition closes: 4 May 2018
