In February MOTAT's Weekends of Imagination explores the world of chemical reactions with a variety of fun, hands-on, science-based activities and experiments. Kids will observe and interact with science when reactions occur creating slime you can manipulate with a magnet, elephant toothpaste slime that spews out of the bottle, and controlled exploding experiments with zip lock bags.

This interactive programme is designed to engage kids, inspire curiosity and introduce youngsters to the science taking place all around us.

Normal MOTAT admission fees apply.

Location: MOTAT (Museum of Transport & Technology), 805 Great North Rd, Western Springs, Auckland
