Stay safe on our roads with science! Join the NZ Association of Primary Science Educators with the annual National Primary Science Week.

Check out their website for the National Experiment 2017: Using science investigations: Stay safe on the roads with science.

The aim of the experiment this year is for classes to carry out experiments and then share these with other classes around the country. In doing this students will have more of an idea of how the science community can work to come up with useful conclusions.

Design an investigation to show how to be safe on the roads. This can be done at any time of the year. You do not have to wait for Primary Science Week.

The NZAPSE website has a list of possible experiment topics, examples, resource links and an investigation template. http://nzapse.nzase.org.nz/primary-science-week-2017/
