My Profile

Select My profile in the left navigation to:

• check or change your user information
• add a photo, contact details or information about your job or school
• add a link to your website.

My Alerts

As a registered user, you can choose to receive an email whenever webpages you have selected are updated.

Select My alerts in the left navigation to:

• see the pages you have placed alerts on
• remove alerts
• select when to receive alerts.

To place an alert on a page you are viewing:

• select the Keep me posted link at the top of the page^*.

^*Note that when an alert is placed at a collection level, all the child objects below that collection will also be automatically covered by the alert placed at the collection level.

To remove an alert:

• select the Remove from postings link at the top of the page you are viewing, or
• visit My Sci - My alerts and select the minus icon beside the page title.

My Kete

As a registered user, you can bookmark your favourite pages. My Kete (in the left navigation) travels with you as you move around the website. It displays a list of the webpages you have bookmarked, so they are just a click away.

To bookmark a page you are viewing:

• select the Add to my kete link at the top of the page.

To remove a bookmark:

• select the Remove from my kete link at the top of the page you are viewing, or
• select the minus icon beside the page title under My Kete.
