Student Activity - Scientist introduction
Activity idea
By the end of this activity, students should be able to demonstrate knowledge of a chosen scientist’s background and work.
Your teacher has invited one of the scientists from the See-Through Body context into your school to speak to your class about their research and what it is like to work as a scientist.
Instructions
You have been chosen to introduce the scientist to the class.
Your introduction should be 1–2 minutes long and should include information about:
- who they are
- their education
- what they are researching
- why they chose this research
- any other interesting bits of information that you can find out about them.
