Landcare Research
Landcare Research is one of nine independent Crown Research Institutes(CRIs). We have approximately 400 staff based at nine locations in New Zealand,
but our scientists work throughout New Zealand including offshore islands and overseas. Our science research and technology development activities are focused on sustainable management of biological, water and land resources in natural, primary-producing and urban
environments. We also research global and local climate change processes, and we work with business and industry to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and other waste.
