Register for My Sci

Complete our online form to register for My Sci.

Receiving a My Sci password

After completing our online form to register for My Sci we will send an email to the email address you provide. Click on the link in the email to confirm your registration request.

Login to My Sci

Once you have confirmed your My Sci registration, type your username and password into the ‘My Sci Login’ box to access the My Sci services.

What if I forget my password?

If you lose or forget your password, click on the 'Forgot your password?' link in the ‘My Sci Login’ box. Enter your email address in the text box and a new password will be automatically generated and emailed to you.

Logout of My Sci

To logout of My Sci, click the ‘Logout’ link shown in the ‘My Sci’ box.

Editing your My Sci profile

To edit your My Sci profile, login and click ‘My Profile’ in the left-hand menu. You can edit your profile information and subscribe to receive newsletters from the Science Learning Hub.

Bookmarking favourite webpages

You can bookmark favourite sections of the website so then can be quickly accessed from the My Sci box. This means you can access your bookmarks from any computer and/or any browser and they will never be lost when you upgrade your computer.
Login to My Sci and then click on the ‘Add to my kete’ link at the top of the webpage you are interested in. The bookmark will then be displayed under ‘My Favourites’ in the My Sci box.

Removing bookmarked pages

There are two ways to remove bookmarked pages:

• Login to My Sci and click on the ‘Remove from kete’ link at the top of the webpage you are viewing.
• Login to My Sci and then click on the ‘minus’ icon next to the page title in the My Sci Login box.
